Cancel and Return Policy
If a Seller realizes that there may be a delay in delivering an Artwork, they must inform SYNAPSE INTERNATIONAL ART right away and provide an estimated delay time. Upon receiving this notification, SYNAPSE INTERNATIONAL ART may contact the Buyer and/or issue a refund or cancel the order for the Artwork in question. There is no cancellation policy in place.
Refund Policy
We want you to understand that each piece of art is one-of-a-kind, fragile, and rare. Our skilled artists often spend over a month crafting a single work of art. Due to its delicate nature, we cannot accept returns. Therefore, we strongly advise you to be absolutely sure of your decision before making a purchase. We are here to assist you in ensuring that the art you choose is the art you receive. If you have any doubts, please do not hesitate to request additional images of the artwork.
Sometimes, you may receive a damaged item. If this happens, we will work to find a solution that benefits you. We may offer to repair the item, exchange it for a new one, or accept a return. Our goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
